We are currently seeking staff, for the following openings.

Intermediate or Senior Technologist Applicants, with 6 - 20 years experience with the following:

• Registered with the AIBC or eligible to register with the AIBC

• Degree in Architecture

• have 8 + years experience with the production of construction drawings in wood frame/concrete construction for the Part 9 and Part 3 Multi-Unit Housing sector experience in BC

• autocad

• revit and 3D graphics required

• knowledge and application of the BCBC 2024

• experience with co-ordination of specification and product info into drawings

• Construction Documentation experience, to include co-ordination with consultants and assembly detailing experience

• self- directed, organized, and diligent

• Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm, 8 hour workday required

• punctuality and good ethics are mandatory

• have team and time management skills to meet deadlines

• must be a team player/collaborative, able to receive/implement input and directives from the principal and clients, have a positive attitude and have good verbal and written communication skills in English
